Applicable law
These terms are governed primarily by the law of the European Union and, secondarily, by Belgian law.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Rebootzone's place of establishment, without prejudice to the rights of European consumers defined by EU Regulation 1215/2012.

Q. Will the terms change at launch?
R. Yes. Comprehensive terms covering transactions between buyers and sellers, commissions, disputes and guarantees will be published before the platform opens.
These terms are provisional and will be expanded at platform launch to cover all rules applicable to transactions.
